Having been through this process twice previously with other builders, our expectation was to find the “hidden features” many builders create by cutting corners, but to our delight, 10 months after moving in, we still haven’t had any major issues. We’ve found EJP’s homes to be a beautiful blend of architectural details, creative design and quality features and workmanship, right down to the landscaping and stamped concrete patio and walkways. We also love the fact that unlike many builders, Ed leaves a lot of trees on the perimeter of his lots, providing us with ample lawn space, yet added privacy.

I purchased my home from EJP builders in 2007 and remain extremely pleased and grateful. Due to a job relocation, I searched all over the greater Albany area and could not find a better home and location. I was looking for a “move-in-ready” new home and found such with EJP. A new EJP home was on the market, I inspected the home, quickly did some research, even talked to prospective neighbors and then I jumped at the opportunity and closed within days. The process went very smoothly and dealing with owner Ed Patanian was a pleasure.
Having been in the construction business my entire career, I know quality construction when I see it and EJP Homes delivered quality and precision construction. The homes are very well designed and built. When it came to the final walk-through prior to closing, there was hardly anything to be addressed. Every construction detail was covered thanks to Ed’s tenacity. You can easily tell that Ed is proud of his work and developments. It’s personal to him and he shows genuine care and concern even after the sale.
Not only am I pleased with the home, but with the entire development. Ed’s planning for a single-home community, is in my opinion, far above par. From the superb site planning leaving as many of the natural elements as possible, to the very spacious lots that accompany the houses; you just cannot find many communities that have it all. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful home and development in which I can raise my family for many years to come. If I had to search all over again it would be very easy. After looking at numerous developments, it was very apparent that EJP Inc. was the perfect builder for us. Most impressive, was the realization that Ed Patanian and his team were as concerned as we were with building a quality home.
